Riverside Travel is a minibus and taxi operator with a fleet of 24+ minibuses and taxis, operating around the local area and beyond. They were struggling to keep on top of their vehicle compliance, using manual paper-based processes which were inefficient and prone to error. Riverside Travel operates three types of vehicle including standard Ford Tourneo, transit wheelchair accessible minibuses (Mercedes Sprinter, Peugeot Boxer and Nissan NV 400’s) and other taxi vehicles. They needed a system that would allow them to have checklists to suit the specific needs of each vehicle.
They made the decision to source an alternative digital solution and started to look into fleet and workshop management compliance systems.
