Defect Reporting
The system enables drivers to report defects, including safety fails immediately. Defects are sent directly to the central management system (CMS), allowing for efficient tracking and management. This feature ensures that all issues are addressed promptly, minimising vehicle downtime.
Customisable checklist
AssetGo allows fleet managers to create, edit and delete checklists as needed, ensuring that daily checks are always relevant and up to date. It is also pre-loaded with templates for all DVSA and FORS compliant checklists, allowing you to easily carry out vehicle defect checks on your HGV, PSV, Van, FLT, Minibus or Trailer. The system securely archives older versions of checklists, maintaining accurate and historical data for compliance and review purposes.
Driver mobile app
The AssetGo mobile app is designed for ease of use, requiring little or no training for drivers. Available on iOS, Android and Webfleet, the app ensures that daily checks can be completed quickly and securely. The tamper-proof system guarantees that all data is accurate and reliable.
Alerts
