- We will help you quickly onbaord your fleet and users, getting them setup into the right asset types and setting up the correct user access and privilidges for your team.
- We’ll walk through all aspects of your chosen modules. Explaining how they work and how they can significantly speed up operations.
- We offer training*** and support to staff over Teams and will even do this face-to-face if you prefer.
- You will have access to our support team via email and telephone during normal business hours and access to our training and help guides, video’s and content anytime.

Workshop
only usage
If you are a workshop that undertakes maintenance inspections, PMI’s, brake tests and MOTs but don’t have a fleet then we have a unique module and pricing just for you.
Using AssetGo for just maintenance access means that majority of the systems features might be redundant. That’s why we have a Workshop only licence.

Conditions
It’s important to us that our customers know exactly what to expect from AssetGo.
*Tachograph Analysis Module Terms & Conditions
You will only be charged for the Tachograph Analysis module service when data is uploaded for analysis. Vehicles and drivers are charged separately.
Driver – £1.00 per driver, per week
Vehicle – £0.50 per vehicle, per week
New drivers and vehicles that are added to AssetGo can have many months of data already recorded on their driver card and tacho head units. AssetGo will need 4 ISO weeks worth of previous data in order to calculate WTD and EU rules compliance. You will be charged for these 4 weeks of data at the standard rate of £1.00 per driver, per week and £0.50 per vehicle, per week.
Any ISO weeks which have activity records for drivers or mileage differences for vehicles become billable, so it is possible for more than a month of data to be invoicable in an invoice month.
DVSA Earned Recognition is included as standard with no additional fees.
**Bespoke Inspection Fees
Bespoke inspections are charged seperately on a per inspection basis dependant on the number of questions in the inspection.
0-20 questions £75.00, 21-50 questions £200.00, 51-100 questions £300.00, 101-200 questions £400.00, 201-300 questions £500.00, 301-400 questions £600.00, 400+ questions £800.00
***Additional Training Fees
AssetGo provides a 1 hour training session over Microsoft Teams during the onboarding process which is included within the standard licence fees. Additional training session are available.
Training via Microsoft Teams: £100.00 per hour.
Face-to-Face Training: £100.00 per hour plus travel expenses. If the customer can come to our office, the Training via Microsoft Teams fee applies.
