User
feedback
The module identifies drivers at risk of disqualification due to infringements, thereby highlighting potential risks and driver shortages. Additionally, it offers the capability to effortlessly address infringements within the app, eliminating the need for manual processes and resulting in significant time and resource savings.
The development of the Advanced Tachograph Analysis and Drivers Hours module has been heavily influenced by our close collaboration with clients, ensuring that it consistently meets their functional needs. The high level of positive user feedback received further underscores the module’s value and its potential to revolutionise businesses’ fleet management practices.
Seamless
integration
Effortless vehicle and driver onboarding
The Tachograph Analysis and Driver Hours module integrates seamlessly with our existing maintenance and compliance features. This ensures smooth data flow between different functionalities, resulting in a continuous stream of accurate and up-to-date information for fleet management.
The platform simplifies the onboarding process for vehicles and drivers. It utilises vehicle registration recognition and driver cards to capture all necessary details without the need for manual data entry, making the process not just efficient but error-free.
Complete visibility
The Tachograph Analysis and Drivers Hours module provides complete visibility of drivers hours and availability. The real-time dashboard, calendar and reporting functionality enables management to plan and allocate resources effectively, whilst providing invaluable insights into fleet performance.
Dashboard
The Tachograph Analysis and Drivers Hours module has a customisable dashboard showing important KPI’s. You can change the layout and choose to show KPI’s that are important to you. Common KPI’s include oldest vehicle and driver cards read, outstanding infringements and letters, available driving time and available working time to name a few.
Monthly view
Our driver calendar shows driving, working, rest and other each day across any given month, with weekly and monthly totals. From here, you can view shift and WTD infringements as well as add in manual entries for driver workers.
Driver day view
Day view shows all events that occurred on a particular shift as well as clearly identifying any infringements that occurred. See running and cumulative times as well as totals. In this section, you can also add comments and create infringement letters.
Infringement letters
Quickly view details of infringements and create infringement letters. Letters can then be sent directly to the driver via the app, viewed and signed off onscreen, sent via email or printed to PDF. Transport managers and drivers can add comments before being signed off and transport managers can add further comments once signed by the driver.
Infringement letter management
Our infringement letter management area allows transport managers to easily track letters – see which have been sent, viewed, signed off and archived.
Digital sign off
AssetGo features a completely digital infringement letter sign-off procedure which means no more printing and storing physical copies. Driver debriefing takes place in person and notes regarding each infringement can be added by the transport manager and driver individually.
Drivers app
Infringements can be sent directly to the drivers app with a force acknowledgement option. This ensures the driver reads and acknowledges the infringement letter before they can access the other available features in the app. When a driver opens the letter, they will see details of the shift(s) and where infringements occurred along with any potential fines and the transport managers comments. The driver can add their own comments and then digitally sign off the letter. This feature is intended for minor infringements where the transport manager has discussed the letter with the driver before being sent.
Driver infringement history
Infringements are stored centrally but also against each driver record. Key information such as the infringement type, level, vehicle that was being driven and when it occurred are all present, as well as links to create infringement letters and to view the shift, or a series of shifts for WTD, where the infringement occurred.
Comprehensive reporting
AssetGo comes with a suite of key reports that can either be run in real-time or scheduled and emailed. Reports can be sent daily, weekly or monthly around a schedule that suits you. Popular reports include; Infringement Letters, Last Card Readings, Missing Days, Missing Vehicle Mileage and Vehicle Last Readings.
Quick reports
AssetGo’s Quick Reports enable operators to swiftly analyse tachograph data, gaining immediate insights into driver behaviour, vehicle utilisation and compliance with regulations. These reports provide a comprehensive overview of driving hours, rest periods, and any potential violations, allowing operators to promptly address issues and ensure adherence to legal requirements. With real-time access to this critical information, fleet managers can make informed decisions to optimise routes, schedules and resource allocation, ultimately enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs.
Scheduled reports
AssetGo’s powerful reporting functionality allows you to schedule reports. For example, you can produce a weekly automated report that goes to fleet managers updating them on key performance metrics or a monthly report that summarises overall performance that can be shared with senior execs. Recipients of scheduled reports receive an email notification and/or an alert within the system.
