Track, review and analyse key asset data
Following your feedback and as part of our ongoing development of AssetGo, we are delighted to announce a new feature that allows you to view a range of asset and vehicle data within the Levels section of an asset record.
The newly available metrics include:
- The total increase in miles/kilometres or asset usage in hours (dependant on asset type)
- Total number of reports carried out on the asset within the chosen date range
- Most recent and first recorded mileage or time usage (between specified dates)
- Average mileage or time usage between checks
Multi-depot management feature
Allows managers to be able to oversee multiple depots without the need for full administration access. Access can easily be turned on and off just by selecting/deselecting the depots from the list at any time.
View, print and share your workshop, maintenance and inspection schedules
Following your feedback and as part of our ongoing development of AssetGo, we are delighted to announce a new feature that can play a vital part in your workshop scheduling and maintenance planning.
Planner view and export
Planner view and export allows you to create a jpeg or pdf version of your planner, which can then be downloaded and shared with colleagues and 3rd party suppliers via email or printed to be used as a wall chart in your workshop or office, giving everyone an overview of their upcoming workload.
Inspection schedule data export
You can also export a comprehensive planner in an Excel spreadsheet or browser (HTML) format, of your upcoming PMI schedule. This allows you to see all upcoming Periodic Maintenace Inspections and enables you to filter and analyse the data to fully manage your schedule, saving valuable time and ensuring the workshop is running as smoothly as possible.
DVLA Vehicle Data Lookup
Enables you to view your DVLA V5 vehicle registration asset information into the AssetGo system. This is achieved using a live API data feed directly from the DVLA’s central database.
A range of information is added to the asset record from the database including:
- Vehicle registration
- Vehicle class
- Year manufactured
- Vehicle class
